About Natalie Carr Livezey
Natalie grew up in the small mountain town of Graeagle Ca just 45 minutes North West of Truckee. She graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and moved back to the mountains to start a career with The Ritz Carlton, Lake Tahoe in 2009. It was here that she learned the core values of a highly successful company and exceptional customer service. She learned to prioritize her clients and community, giving her the insight and experience that has shaped all aspects of her adult life. After purchasing her first home in Sierraville with her husband (her first flip!), she realized her passion for real estate.
Natalie has assisted her family with their real estate and construction businesses for many years while pursuing other careers, until jumping in full time in 2018. That hands on experience, as well as her knowledge of the local market make her a unique asset to her clients. Natalie felt compelled to join a team that strives for excellence and values their clients and local community. It was only natural for her to come back to the Ritz-Carlton, but this time, with Carr Long Real Estate team. She is feels honored to be a part of such a successful and reputable team.
Natalie is experienced in helping clients buy/sell in Truckee/North Lake Tahoe, as well as The Lost Sierra (Plumas & Sierra counties). She is currently working towards obtaining her Nevada Real Estate License, as well.
Married with two young daughters, Natalie is currently living in Verdi, NV. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, fly fishing, photography, gardening, and traveling. She is eager to continue her real estate career and share her knowledge with her clients.
