Owner Phil Kaznowski brings more than 20 years of home inspection experience and is certified through both the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA). He serves communities from Lake Almanor to the West Shore of Lake Tahoe.

Phil combines more than 20 years of inspection experience with a background in residential construction and more than 40 years of living in the mountains.

His experience working and living in the Northern Sierra gives him a practical understanding of the properties and conditions unique to our region. Through ongoing education with ASHI and CREIA, he stays current with inspection practices and industry developments.
